Shipping policy

Once your order has been placed, please allow 4-5 business days for us to process and ship your order. Estimated processing and shipping times may take longer than expected during holidays.

Orders are shipped to the recipient and shipping address provided by the customer at the time of checkout.

Shipping address must match billing address on all orders.

No international shipping

Orders that contain items that require jeweler services such as resizing or engraving will not be shipped until jeweler services are complete. The time required for jeweler work may vary, please refer back to the quote provided to you by our team upon your inquiry.
